Citrus, Ginger Salad Dressing
Ingredients
2 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp lime
juice
1 Tbsp
fresh ginger, sliced, chopped fine
2 Tbsp
honey
1 clove
garlic, minced
¼ tsp each
salt and pepper
½ cup olive
oil
Order of Events
- Whisk together vinegar, lime
juice, ginger, honey, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Slowly whisk in olive oil.
